Stavanger, 18 April 2012: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) has sold own bonds for a nominal amount of NOK 200 million in the market. The sale includes NOK 71 million in the bond NOR04 and NOK 129 million in the bond NOR05 with maturities in November 2014 and December 2013 respectively. After this, Noreco's own holding of these bonds is zero.

After this, IKM Industri-Invest AS holds 23,673,998 shares in Noreco.
