Stavanger, 2 March 2010: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco, OSE:NOR). In accordance with Noreco's option scheme approved by the extraordinary general meeting held 14 January 2008 and the ordinary general meeting held 27 May 2009, the board of directors has decided to issue employee share options.
