During the first half of 2008, we went through an important process where all employees were engaged to establish and agree on the values for Noreco. This process was important in many aspects, and encouraged everyone to raise consciousness of our values.
Each and every one of us are responsible for living the values, and the process gave us the added benefit of a positive atmosphere, where everyone is respected and valuable.
