Noreco is an independent Norwegian oil company, with head office in the city center of Stavanger. The company has during 2011 carried out substantial asset sales to improve its financial position, and is now well positioned for an active period ahead. During next year Noreco will participate in more than 10 exploration wells in Norway, the United Kingdom and Denmark, and the company is involved in field developments in Norway and the United Kingdom which during 2012 will contribute to triple the company’s production to about 12,000 barrels per day.
