Responsibilities:
- HSEQ support to the organisation
- Management system architecture and development
- Initiate actions towards Process Owners to keep the Management System updated in accordance with the activity level, standards and Authority requirements
- Risk based audit planning
- Coordinate quality performance monitoring and quality improvement processes, including QA/QC activities, audits, verifications and inspections according to relevant industry standards, laws, regulations and contract requirements
- Coordinate regulatory authority communication
- Process owner of HSEQ related IT tools like Soludyne and Synergi.
- Facilitate the annual verifications of the Management System
- Provide information and consultation regarding applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Master degree within engineering or QHSE related disciplines
- Familiar with drilling operations
- Minimum 4 years of experience within HSE and Quality Assurance in the oil and gas industry
- Familiar with relevant petroleum industry regulations and quality standards
- Auditor competence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English and Norwegian, with the ability to challenge others in a constructive manner
